A little about me

Hi, I'm Nikki!

When I'm not working as a therapist, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, or doing something active. I'm a wife and mom in a blended family with four kids, so life is rarely boring!

Health and fitness have always been a big part of my life. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in the health and wellness field, and I'm also a two-time Ironman finisher. I love a good challenge, and I've learned that some of the most rewarding experiences come from pushing yourself outside your comfort zone.

Like everyone, I've had my share of life's ups and downs. Between family, relationships, career changes, and everything in between, I've learned that life doesn't always go as planned, and that's okay. I believe in giving yourself grace, finding humor in the chaos, and appreciating the little moments along the way.

I love spending time with the people who matter most, exploring new places, and finding ways to keep growing both personally and professionally.
